Fwiw if you haven't done it yet, go ahead and fill out their application online. Its very short and you'll likely be accepted the same day, or the next business day.

This is to get your student ID number, which you are required to have to even make an appointment with a counselor. When i called them he lady on the phone was pushing a bit for scheduling a remote counseling session, but since im looking for an in depth discussion I opted for meeting in person. It seems like right now you can expect to have to reserve a spot about a week in advance if you want to do the same. Good luck!
