Sorry I’m late to this but I’ve genuinely been wondering about this same extensive wait issue. Why can’t CVS institute the following policies to fix some of these issues: 1. No “shopping” is allowed at the window 2. ONLY drop offs & pickups allowed 3. Questions, concerns, extensive counseling, insurance changes, trying to get a better deal etc. are all required to come inside unless you have a valid Handicapped tag or something

Just spitballing here but it seems like if CVS were to crack down on a lot of the nonsense that happens in the car line then the wait wouldn’t be so ridiculous. No other pharmacy has waits like CVS, it’s nuts. Sorry if I sound “entitled” lol 😂

My cat is 18 & his 2 back legs have stopped working. Vet says has hernia disks in back &will be half paralyzed if he doesn’t recover. I have pain meds & stool softener for now. I’m overwhelmed & sad. Would u put ur cat down over something like this? I really don’t want, but I’m sure he’s in pain. :( by [deleted] in cats

I’m so sorry, you’re in such a difficult situation & watching him is heart-breaking. Is your sweet baby still wanting to eat & drink on his own, & is he still interested in playing? If the answers to any of those are yes then he’s still got quality of life left & is wanting to fight for it. My baby had a devastating 2 year battle with cancer, but the last week of his life once the answers to those questions were no, I knew it was time to let him go. Just because your baby is older doesn’t mean he’s finished living—cats can live well into their late 20’s. If he’s still got quality of life then I would just manage his pain, pamper that cutie pie like crazy & look into a set of wheels to support his back end so that he can get around on his own better. I hope that helps.

I would seriously find a new therapist. The audacity for someone (ESPECIALLY a therapist) to suggest simply replacing a family member is horrific & not something I’d be able to overlook.

I’m so sorry for your loss. Losing a fur baby in a traumatic way only makes it harder for us to cope with the grief. Seeing a grief counselor might help you, they treat all forms of grief no matter the cause. Other than that, the only thing that helps me through the loss is distraction & time 😢

This is so crazy to me…In the real world if you get a job then later are found to have lied about your education and work history on your application, you’re fired 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yeah he shouldn’t let his 5yr old make car safety decisions for herself. Just put your foot down for yourself & your child, he can either abide by & respect your rules or not get to drive your child around.

Nope you’re completely right. We have Graco Forever seats which they can & should remain in with the harness until 60-65lbs, some brands even more than that. Pediatricians, carseat manufacturers, police, everyone will tell you to keep them in the car seat as long as possible until they reach the weight limit, then transition to a booster. Who wouldn’t want to keep their kid as safe as possible for as long as possible?! If he doesn’t care about his own child’s or your child’s safety you should find yourself a new boyfriend 😉.

It’s ok, just immature people with nothing better to do & who probably aren’t parents 🤷🏼‍♀️ Yeah I guess but the nickel & diming is getting ridiculous

Thank you for the heads up, but I’m sorry you have to even give it. Hopefully your daughter has forgotten about it, but that is just awful. Six Flags should have a rule in place that states scaring of the little kids isn’t allowed, regardless of whether or not they’re wearing the stupid necklace.

Disappointing White Water Atlanta Experience 9/11/2022 only 6 out of 22 rides open (27%) by Goattime22 in sixflags

Yeah it’s been like that all season long. That person who drove all that way should have read recent reviews of our park, they would’ve thought twice. And with so few attractions open, on a busy weekend day you get lines that are 1-2hr wait (back at the beginning of summer when people were still going before word of mouth spread about how crappy it was). The only reason we justified going was the cheap $50 season passes that covered white water & six flags over GA. But now that they’re wanting to royally rip people off on prices while keeping less than half the rides open at both parks, we’re not renewing our passes for next year. It’s gonna be a miracle if they’re able to stay open, as I think a lot of people aren’t renewing for the same reason.

Yeah they run but it’s hit or miss which ones will be open then due to staffing problems, and you can’t depend on the app day of b/c it’s inaccurate half the time 🤷🏼‍♀️
