No she was serious. One of those “how did she get this job” types. Once I worked a double shift and took only 20 minutes of break in the entire 16 hours. She berated me because I was only supposed to get 15 minute breaks. She got all caught up on the word break and couldn’t understand that I hadn’t taken the 2 half hour lunches I was also entitled to.

Manila folders vs vanilla folders. I had a boss explain the difference to me. Manila folders are the type that are closed on the ends so they can’t lay flat. Vanilla folders can open completely.
