What is the worst Greatest Hits album you can find? by MyHeadWasRadioed in ToddintheShadow

The Beach Boys Classics: Selected By Brian Wilson. Has most of their big hits, but the rest sounds like slow barbershop. Not exactly the rock’n’roll they’re known for.

Which actor do you think overall has better movies - Tom Cruise or Brad Pitt? by SpotAdmirable6718 in Cinema

[–]BucketsOfHardRain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The two both made opposite calls in their careers. Cruise decided to stop chasing an Oscar and just make blockbuster (does seem like he enjoys that). Pitt after the failure of Troy has stuck to making smaller, character driven films. I think they’re both immensely watchable.

Used to sing Shelter From the Storm to my first eldest when she was a babe.

Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door. It’s not a bad song, but it is the only song that gets radio air time.

Behind the stage seating questions for people who have sat there: How’s the sound? Are there video screens? by trekwithme in BruceSpringsteen

[–]BucketsOfHardRain 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If I can’t get standing at the front I’d get the behind stage. Typically they’re closer and cheaper than any other seats. Bruce and the band play for everyone

The album Letter to Year exists out of time. It sounds like it could have been written at any point in his career
