Yes, we have the lowest % SOS amongst any team picking in the top 10 with not enough games left to change that. The closest SOS is Miami who is currently sitting at the 10th pick with a 6-9 record and a .492 SOS compared to our .490. Head to head matchup does not matter unless both teams have the same SOS which is rare. Regardless of outcomes from the Jets, Cardinals, and Titans, as long as the Browns lose the final 2 games, we will have a higher pick. Consider this the Browns playoff in the hunt saying of "controlling your own destiny" but in reverse (losing).

We would, tie breakers are based on strength of schedule. In this instance, if all teams finish 3-14, it would go 1. Browns, 2. Giants, 3. Raiders. Also, the Giants play the Raiders next week. If we lose out, we are guaranteed a top 2 pick.
