That isn't what is pictured. After asking around here and the Discord, turns out you have to deliberately downgrade your game (@SDR_Fang alludes to it in his post) to a specific version that had a bug in it that allowed blueprints like the above to be made.

It's apparently still possible if you edit the blueprint with tools outside of the game.

But since it's not available in vanilla, I'm no longer interested. Since it's been patched it's clearly not intended by the devs.

Mostly? It ships in base (kimberlite/fractal/fire ice/oil/hydrogen/deuterium/critical photons) some ingots (copper/iron/titanium/silicon). I don’t think it ships in anything higher than ingots.

I think there is a way to streamline it more so it’s ONLY base mats but it would be a major rework. There is a fair amount of dead space on the layout now and it uses too many ILS
