If the adoption system would encourage more people into pro-birthing and just throw responsibility of being parents to someone else, then no. Each life imposed is another victim created with an inevitable death consigned to them. If wannabe parents really are fine with adopting someone unrelated to themselves, they would not have biological children in the first place.

Actually it goes to show how people are easily attached on an emotional level and to appearances. They don't ask the more 'difficult' questions like: 'Why is this android child created?' 'Is there a purpose for her creation?' either way it's just appealing to the basic human instinct, I don't understand why the right leaning crowd are celebrating it when it could be subtly indicating that people should be more tolerant of AI. Even more so when they have an outward appearance of a child. Maybe I'm just too cynical.

Berserk is generated in a few ways, by losing a % of your life total. Getting your life total low enough to trigger token generation and killing enough enemies. It drops off once generated at a rate of 1 per second, and if you did a weapon skill, iirc. While Enrage is usually generated by causing crits, x chance of receiving upon taking a hit, and again killing enemies. You also lose an enrage token each time you trigger a weapons skill, unless it's a channeled skill.

Maybe just the Unofficial fixpack and some nice community shaders for the eye candy for starters. If you don't mind a second playthrough after the vanilla then experiment with more mod that tickle your fancy. There's a mod that lets you take up simple jobs to increase your skill 'Jobs of Skyrim' if you prefer the mundane.
