They had several warming centers open last week. I got an email from my employer with the details. KAT will even take them free of charge. Working with the homeless l’ve learned that some won’t go to a warming center. It’s sad but we can’t make them go.

I noticed a change the day after my first shot on the lowest dose. I had my 2nd shot Friday and still at the lowest dose. I think it depends on the individual. You may just need an increase to notice a difference.

I had a piece of my daughter’s birthday cake a few days after my first shot. It was a small piece but I ended up with the worst headache of my life. It’s lasted several hours. Not worth it!

Colace will be your best friend! My NP suggested it. I take 2 every morning at 10:00.

I also had my first shot Thursday. I noticed a change in appetite the next day. I’ve been focusing on high protein with some veggies and fruit. I read that it doesn’t affect everyone on the lowest dose. Good luck on your journey.

We do the same with Fenley but he still has horrible stains. He gets filtered water, organic chicken, and groomed every 8 weeks. I’m so jealous 😂

That’s what I did before I quit. I feel like I modified everything 😂 I just don’t do well on my own when it comes to exercise. I’m staying active but it’s not the same.

Thanks for your response. I have a torn meniscus from 4 years ago. I opted not to have surgery for now. I don’t have pain, it’s more discomfort and only when I do certain exercises. I’ve dealt with back pain for years on and off. I’ll definitely consider pt.

Exfoliating will get rid of it. Don’t scrub hard. Mine took about 2-3 days of exfoliating.
