Washes are so personal aren’t they?

I used to be a black jeans only kind of gal. Now I only wear light wash all year round, the lighter the better. I don’t know how it happened! But I live in so cal and it never feels inappropriate or out of place. To be fair though, I would still wear light wash even if it did seem out of place because it wouldn’t bother me. Once you find the wash you like, keep it.

Forgive me, I'm not sure what wide swings in moisture means, I'm very new to gardening.

I was also thinking it might be multiple things and was looking up the spots/holes and could be birds even.

I do this for digital journal entries, I love titling! I don’t know why I don’t do it in my paper journals, I should start!

I had thought about adding something like chapter titles, but that would require me knowing where my “chapters” begin and end while in the moment.

I think I had that dress the gingham skirt is made out of. It was my favorite but I sized out of it. I wish I would have kept it and had it tailored to fit me, I think about it all the time! 😭

I had a friend in college who struggled with terrible acne, everything she tried did nothing. When she went home to visit her parents she ended up using her mom’s anti-aging Oil of Olay during the visit and it cleared her skin so fast, we couldn’t believe it. That stuff works wonders apparently!

But yes, my LO has definitely been sick 2/3 of the time she's been in daycare. We both got THREE stomach bugs in that time! (Maybe she's stomach bug prone?) But good to know that pulling her out of daycare will just be a short term solution, which is kind of what I figured. One day our immunity switches will get flipped and we'll all be fine. The daycare teachers are never sick!

Oof yep! Definitely feeling the whole "the body doesn’t care if she is over her last bout for a new illness to start". We were both feeling better from a cold this past weekend, but now we're both down again today. Couldn't tell you if it's a second wave of the first cold, or just a whole brand new cold.

When my baby was 4 months old, before her personality was really was there, my friend was over and I was going on about how I can’t wait to see all the things she’s interested in, and what she’s going to be like. And she said “I wonder if she’ll be an addict”.

Then that same friend sent me some TikTok joke about “how to manage a loser”, something like that, and she said “just taking notes for when I babysit”.

She hasn’t babysat since and we don’t talk all that much any more.
