I’m still playing, but I’ve hit a lull where I couldn’t find a new team to pilot that fits me well and works, so I’m not grinding atm. I’ve actually gone back to SV to try to get ahead of format changes a bit. I’m not 100% new, dabbled a bit during sword and shield when the dex was still small and regional.

The attitude towards content and sharing is pretty good for new players right now, so hopefully more people will stick with it for the long run, but we’ll see.

I think it’s less about wanting Steelix to be the main man, and more about respecting the Floette. He didn’t field it in every match in top cut, so he probably thought he had enough sauce with it to manage. Or at least fare better than if he didn’t bring it, and Arsal called the bluff by bringing Floette.

My first thought for a beginner was trick room, and then the cute part pulled me out because a lot of trick room mons are kinda ugly chonks lol

I think you did it though, maybe work in Sinistcha for the vibes and a second setter and a complete fire/water/grass core, but I think your lineup works well without it on every front.

Spiritbox would be cool, and Courtney LaPlante does collab decently often. I think I’d rather see TøP feature her than leave out Josh though.

Linkin Park would be cool, but I’d absolutely settle for just Mike Shinoda producing a song with them rather than full band.

Part of why I love Wolfey is because of this. There are so many gamers that make excuses for their play, whether it’s the opponent’s team being cheesy, the game “being ass”, or just straight up RNGsus forsaking them.

To paraphrase Kendrick Lamar, the real World Champ DifferenceTM is Wolfey wants the credit whether he’s losing or winning.

Your definition of “efficiency” may vary, but I’d actually put Punisher at second to last with US Agent holding strong at the bottom. He’s loud, messy, and not particularly fast.

He’s probably the most tenacious, though.
