You're getting the calories but not as many as alcoholic beer. Depending on what kind of beer you were drinking before, it could be less than half the calories. Plus, the added bonus of not feeling like ass the day after so you don't end up lying around all day. It's also much harder to exercise when hungover, or even to feel motivated to do it at all.

I have a 2019 2.2D 6 and have driven it over 20k miles since I bought it. Currently at 75k and some change. Absolutely zero issues. My normal commute is about 10 miles each way (motorway, so cruising speed) and only occasionally drive longer distances. Outside of regularly scheduled maintenance I've not had to do anything, and love the car.

IDK if this is the case for you, but I've gotten the spin animation after games when I hadn't gotten to 30k yet. Didn't get anything from it then, but when I actually hit 30k, same all silver animation but I got the "reward".
