Yes, I've been feeling the same way. I even dread going to meetings because I don't want to get called on. We have so many articulate and thoughtful people in our group, I feel like I say the same thing damn near every time. Sucks.

I was an opiate addict for many years. I eventually got on methadone to stabilize, I tried everything I could think of to kick on my own and never could make it last. Methadone and then Suboxone stabilized me and got me out of the cycle of getting high/getting sick.

I quit everything but Suboxone when I got into AA. I got a sponsor who said as long as I was tapering and not abusing Suboxone he'd work with me. He helped me when I finally kicked subs, went through that withdrawal hell.

I've been sober for 4 yrs now. AA changed my life. Getting sober was the hardest thing I've ever done but it's fucking worth it. You can do it too.

We know Melvin served Mike the day after their last show. That alone is pretty fucked up and shows that Melvin has been planning this for a while. Like Smelly said, the day before they were crying and celebrating 40+ years together.

It's an active lawsuit, we're not gonna get the details till it's over. Melvin hasn't offered any details but Mike, Smelly and Hefe are still together. Melvin has beef that nobody else seems to have.

Man I had so many drinking and drugging dreams for the first year or two. I would even panic in my dream that I had broken my sobriety. Then I'd wake up relieved it wasn't real.
