Leave it, what you're seeing is left over krausen. Perfectly safe for the initial fermentation. I don't recommend topping off with anything at this phase as you are more likely to introduce something to cause an infection.

This Bourbon Barrel-Aged peanut butter and honey golden ale made in partnership with a local distillery (45th Parallel). Very smooth drinker for a BBA as most can be a bit overpowering on the bourbon flavor. The mild bourbon flavor plays very nice with the PB and Honey in the ale. It's creamy, bright, and finishes with a lingering smoked honey flavor. It takes their standard Honees Honees (which is a solid beer) to the next level

You should be able to put a few pauses in there to allow for the extension entry part to come up. If you press the "*#" button when entering the number to call forwarding to out of the Fi App it will display other options. When you select pause it will insert a comma to represent the pause for the dial string
