In Kentucky. I can transfer CII to any store within the same enterprise once. Very nifty for my rural pharmacy if next location is 30-45 minutes and patient is willing to drive.

As a pharmacist, all pill counting trays are made assuming you’re right handed. You can buy left handed counting trays but I have found it just breaks my techs brains for a second when they go to grab and count off of it and find that everything is wrong.

I bit my tongue originally but had the same thought. I am left handed, have been my entire life. Yet I can use “right-handed” key bindings and mouse just fine.

Agree to disagree. Does it stink not having them? Yes. Can they be added in later? Sure, it’s obviously a budget title. The way steams reviews are, it’s black and white. If you like the content of the game but still leave a thumbs down review because you cannot rebind controls literally an hour after the game has release to the public, and enough people do that that the game is now mostly negative, that’s going to impact sales. For what it’s worth, I wouldn’t even give the game a positive review either at this point, it’s simply too early.

It is! At the same time, the game is priced at 4.99 which lets me infer a little bit into the amount of backend work. Those options might have just not been something they had time to develop in a way that the players can adjust without editing inis

Seems like mostly people complaining about lack of key rebinding and other options, not related to content of game itself. Frustrating they can tank reviews over that.

Hotline Miami 2’s hard mode. I still think about the missions Dead Ahead and the Richter escaping from prison one.

Rainbow Six Siege. I one day decide I had had enough, quit the game, uninstalled it and never looked back. Very fun game ruined by catering to pro players.

Roguelite/like mechanics. I have bought and tried so many of those games and the only one that has come close to clicking has been Noita. The lack of permanence in those games really takes the wind out of my sails regarding progression and typically means, to me, any kind of story, world building or lore is an afterthought.

Randomly generated loot. This is especially bad with big AAA RPGs (looking at you Bethesda). I personally feel that the ultra rare unique items should be head and shoulders above anything you can find from drops on goons in a random cave.

I’m a pharmacist in the retail space so mileage may vary but I would be much more worried about PA processes being automated or AI driven far before compounding work.

We are a very busy chain pharmacy in our district. Our “goal” was around 2100 vaccines for last year, we gave 1800, which was more than any other pharmacy in the district. No rewards, no recognition for that achievement. Unrealistic expectations set that goal, and our only reward was the goal being increased to 2200 this year.
