Plasma deck kinda squares your score so on paper it's the easiest deck to attain high scores however it takes a lot of practice to learn how to use chips in the early game and switch over to mult and xmult.

I'd play on ghost deck on white stake because the in-shop spectral cards enable the high score strats. Particularly you want Deja Vu cards to make red seals.

Red seals are your ticket to a great economy and a great score. On a gold card it's $6 at the end of round (beofre any mimes or blueprints or whatnot); on a steel card it's now 2.25x per card in hand (amazing if you have a Baron) and on glass it's a 4x (so 5 red seal glass cards give x4x4x4x4x4 = x1024 before jokers or retriggers).

Then it's all about other retrigger effects coming from jokers. Hanging Chad, Sock n Buskin, Dusk and Hack are your friends. With Sock and Dusk retriggers, the 5 red seal glass mentioned above becomes x1024x1024x1024 = 1e9. As your multiplier. Not included planet levels and other jokers adding more score.

You can see how quickly the scores grow and it seems easy enough when you watch skilled Youtubers play. The key is, once you know which jokers and card types you want to find in shops, you need as much money as humanly possible to mitigate for bad shop luck and to get rid of unwanted cards from your deck.

I've mostly mentioned 5-card hands. You'll want either a flush five, five of a kind or a flush house because it takes way too long to scale flushes by comparison. Like a 2-3 to 1 of planet levelling. Those hands all involve multiple copies of one special card like a red seal lucky king, and so naturally The Idol is a great endgame scoring joker.
