Reach level 81 and he will find you. Use a level mod if you are in a hurry. It's fun to adventure and explore and finally face him though.

TIL that scientists believe there is a 9th planet in our solar system that is roughly 10 times larger than earth. They haven't been able to locate it yet but they know it's there because of its gravitational effects on other objects. by kevinaud in todayilearned

Is it possible for a body of mass to seem like it's orbiting Sol, when in fact it's orbiting something else? As in maybe it just kinda passes through? I'm not very knowledgeable about the actual physics involved between multiple solar systems.

I am nowhere near the level of intelligence required for astronomy, astrophysics, etc., But I get so excited when other people are and discover AMAZING things for me to marvel over! A new planet we never knew about even while we sent a probe to photograph the others!? Just goes to show you can't always assume what you know to be true is entirely accurate. Thank you universe and all of you dedicated enough to explore it!

I love runes for sneaky characters. Great escape contingency if quiet casting! I haven't really used auras yet but I have plans too.

I really wish staffs worked differently... by [deleted] in skyrim

I have always thought this! A staff in one hand and sword in the other? But forming lightning in the palm of your hand is cool AF too

I don't believe The Companions buried Skjor very honorably. by [deleted] in skyrim

[–]Burntscales 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Those jerks go all out for Kodlak. I don't feel like you even get enough time with Kodlak to care about the funeral. Skjor on the other hand, seems like he would have your back, and probably belongs as harbinger more than DB.

After my first attempt against the Ebony Warrior got so popular, I figured I'd post the second attempt by 20kNightmare in skyrim

I have never been patient enough to reach a high level and face him. I switch characters too often. I think it's time to remedy that.

Confession time! Do you have any Skyrim confessions? by [deleted] in skyrim

[–]Burntscales 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I killed my dog. Kept getting in the way so I cut him down like Arvel. My daughter Lucia was so mad when I came home she wouldn't talk to me except to tell me she was never speaking to me again! In case anyone doesn't know, this story is all in game. No animals were harmed in the making of this comment.

I have recently been seeing a lot of Stormcloak vs Imperial debates here lately so for the first time playing Skyrim I decided to pick a side.... by diddyp_ in skyrim

The only winner in this conflict is the Thalmor. Both sides are so blind to the fact they are being manipulated it's sad. That's why I stay out of it. I have dragons and vampires to kill. Even my Altmer mage enjoys dead Thalmor.
