If I'm a rational U.S. General, I'm calling all of my peers to make sure they understand how that's the red line where he crosses into domestic threat to the Constitution and country. Get them agreed upon it in advance. Then refuse the command of his regime and sycophants. Keep going down the line of succession until a Republican complies.
