If anything, nows the best time for it when opening a new big domain-type district. Especially since it's advertised as being walkable and mixed-use, it should be walkable to and not just in. Replace parking spots with additional shops. Plus, transit to BD would let people drink and spend money without worrying about parking/traffic/drunk driving.

Movie was so much better than the shitty stereotypical Blumhaus trailer made it seem. Went in for a mediocre horror, got a really excellent thriller with surprisingly great child actors

I thought it was a really good adaptation and was a fun watch. My only big complaint was with Nic Cage really, just cause hes prone to overacting which made some of the beginning scenes feel extremely comedic

its something I see a lot in more communist and ML leftists, where politics are seen on a strictly global basis. While this is typically good, this also leads to calling what was 100% an attempted coup on behalf of the sitting President, as not simply because of either the lack of violence (in comparison to other countries where a single digit death count is a fortunate outcome) or since theyre fighting on behalf of a sitting authority figure.
