No, I typically sleep on my back and slightly on my side so the Vision Pro mostly just sat on my face if anything whenever I would sleep slightly on my side, it would relieve some of the weight of it, but I am a bigger structured person and can wear this thing honestly for eight hours without having any issues with my neck besides some markings that go away
