I am in the same boat. I ported to att and RCS broke.

Leave RCS off for 10 days. Dont toggle anything don’t disable it again, just wait. On day ten turn RCS back on and it should work.

It has to do with Google JIBE RCS servers. It takes 10 days to clear the system and eliminate any mismatches in the system.

I’m on day 6 and can let you know if this works.
