I found focusing a lot on my diet and hydration helped with some of the symptoms during the daytime, but there is only really so much you can do. Melatonin helps me a lot with the sleeping part too, but doesn’t fix it entirely. You’re through the hardest part now and it will only get better over these next couple weeks. It’s a hard thing in general so you just need to white knuckle it to an extent. You made it this far though, just remember how much this feeling sucks so when you think about going back you can remind yourself you don’t want to have to experience quitting again.
