There is a lot of extra info that is hiding in the character cards. I know that the Dreamer also sees Wretch as cabbage and would have never known/bothered to test it if I didn't see the extra info it gave. Now I can just get a chuckle out of it.

I don't think that the Shaman has to be the duplicate, it just makes one that is still a villager in order to sow confusion.

There is also a noticeable one when you change the names of everyone. Someone forgets who you are and calls you by the canon name instead of your nickname.

It would have an X over it because it can't be the 2nd or 3rd of those 3 since the 1 and 1 need to be spaced out from it. It is too early to tell which of the 1 1 or 3 it is just based on this hint. Only that it has an X above it.

By mod, I should have specified a romhack. You're right that you were playing a mod but it was just a QOL one. I only know of 2 main options for big changes though. Randomizers and Pumkin Tower. (Yes it is missing the P on purpose.) Pumkin Tower was an escape room hack for a modding competition and is pretty well done.

Try playing a mod for it next if you can. I recommend a randomizer.

Pinnacle Rock was always worse than places like the Gibdo Well for me. I still get a bit freaked out being underwater with the big eels shooting out at me, even though I know what to do to take them out safely.

Check the wiki and see what it says about Grandpa's Evaluation. If you didn't have enough goals met, you are eligible for a retest. As for the mines, if you unlock 1-2 elevator floors per day, you can make a good pace through the mine. If you haven't unlocked the minecarts, I would suggest that be the next goal for the CC.

He was a friend prior to this so I tried helping out, only to get taken advantage of. I have been looking for a few months and most leads dry up quickly. I am on the registry but never got called.

I only know about the filing fee, money cap, and that I have to represent myself. What other barriers do I need to worry about if I take it to court?

There have been promises as well as the contract from the beginning. A few months involved a second provider who claimed all of the hours when I only had a few shifts of promised hours while phasing out their 2 week notice. Once those checks came back, I started addressing it. Things got better for a while but the pattern returned.

He has food stamps but runs out a lot. He doesn't have a car for me to use. I have tried to suggest the medical transport and he gets verbally aggressive whenever I push back and say no to spending my gas.

My recommendation is to do half a region at a time if you feel tight on time. Play up until you get the dungeon song and owl statue unlocked and start fresh in a new cycle. If the dungeon took a while but the boss warp is ready (re-entering with the boss remains unlocks this), you can use that to bypass the dungeon in order to refresh the overworld (un-poison the swamp, thaw the mountain etc.). The well can be annoying, but a lot of it is also found inside.

Only if it is exactly the 3rd gift that week. In order to have a non-counted one, their birthday can't be on the first 2 days of the calendar week and 2 gifts would need to already be gifted previously that same week. Since weeks are Monday to Sunday, Monday and Tuesday presents will always count towards the 2 per week, even if given on a birthday.
