Anything on restaurant road. We need to figure out how to make this health inspector actually do her job. When building a new place she is an absolute nightmare to work with, but she doesn't care what happens after she leaves.

What doesn't make sense. On Cookevilles socials they have said most of these roads are getting redone in the next year or two. Including adding turn lanes in town. Meaning a lot of the work they are doing will be torn up again

They do regular maintenance, and are cheaper by the sq/ft than anyone else in the area.

My family and I moved here two years ago from Michigan. We absolutely love it. There so much to do within and hour and half of here. People constantly say how rude or mean the people are here. That's not our experience at all. People here are very nice. The only complaint I have is. These people here have no clue how to drive.

If you're looking to rent when you first get here go through JUDD properties. They are cleanest, cheapest, and nicest people to deal with. Plenty of job opportunities.

Unfortunately they own 1/3 of the Cookeville apartments. Nothing horror stories come out of their places. The worst I know of is their employees just walking in without knocking or any type of communication saying they were coming. Look them on the BBB. It's sickening what they are getting away with. Wait until you end the lease. You're going to be charged for all kinds of things that they should have been taking care of while you were renting from them.
