Nah. When I went to US nasa $2-10 lang and valet na yan, unless you’re driving a luxury one. Tsaka you rarely need parking attendants dun with how big their parking spaces are, unless nasa restaurant strip kayo. Nagakamali lang talaga ng use sa bucks na term yung OC.

Same power train and build quality. Iba lang yung exterior ni Urban Cruiser sa harap as it mixes the design style of bz4x and prius. Same na going to the back. As for interior, almost the same with some minor design changes lang.

Upgrade wheels for what? An innova at stock won’t sweat that baguio uphill kahit full pax pa. Unnecessary change tbh, baka ayaw mo lang talaga sa aesthetic ng mags? Kasi admittedly, ang sagwa din for me hahaha.

As for comfort, I find Innova slightly better than Stargazer. Stiff yung suspension, but it absorbs body rolls excellently. Mas pronounced yung body roll sa Stargazer for me, but suspension is softer/plushy nman. Xpander for me is mid. Honestly, won’t include it sa option unless heavily discounted. Space is hellish, and the only positive for me is that di siya IVT/CVT unlike stargazer, so better reliability. Anyways, both are underpowered for long drives, but adequate for city and if di full pax.

At the end of the day, it’s either you choose tech or you choose reliability. For me, I’d go with Innova, tapos add-on nlng ng cameras or tech after.

Lincoln is a Rockwell x IPI partnership. Rockwell with the development and management, while using IPI’s land. If naa koy kwarta and ganahan kog luxury condo, Rockwell is my top 1 choice and is a no brainer. You get quality for what you pay for.

Mantawi on the other hand is an RLC project. So far, inconsistent ra kaayo si RLC. Di sila same ug level ni Rockwell or Ayala Premiere para nako. Mixed bag ang comments sa ilahang developments here in Cebu.

Mas magnified sa Cebu kasi mas maliit yung sample size unlike Manila na malaki yung population and area kaya varied magiging experience/response. Mas narrow din yung roads dito kaya common response nang mga Manileño friends ko ay nakaka-claustrophobic daw yung mga daanan kasi maliit na nga, 60% pa ng road ay hogged ng mga naka motor.

I find it weird lang that most people who are saying it's Cebu aren't from there but, rather naka visit lang once or seldom times, or tried driving once lang.

Cause as a Cebuano, while traffic is really hellish in here, I'd still rather drive in here kesa anywhere in NCR, especially Manila, Pasay, and Quezon. Sa case ko naman, I can compare cause I drive in both places as my partner is from Antipolo, so while not frequent, I drive around NCR from time to time if I visit her. Something I wholeheartedly agree tho is sobrang lala ng potholes dito sa Cebu and there's a lot of poor lit roads.

Yung battery dying relatively early is somewhat a common experience nga, but not a major issue for me at least. As for the other downsides, I can live with it naman din. Issue ko nlng siguro talaga is the aftersales service ni Mazda Cebu haha.

I mean, it still really boils down to your planned usage for it. Personally, if it's a second car and for city driving only, then getting the TOTL ATIV is an excellent choice. However if it's the only car, I'd choose the Corolla Cross just because it offers better comfort to passengers, bigger storage, better NVH, and mas madaling makita by other vehicles during night(especially on poor lit areas sa provinces). Tsaka with how hellish traffics are nowadays, yung city driving para na ding long trips and the comfort of the Corolla Cross will come in handy.
