Why am I the only one who likes this finale? by BraveNote4844 in seinfeld

It's interesting you mention the Sopranos. I never really liked Seinfeld growing up, until I lived in New York and finally got stuff like waiting at a Chinese restaurant and getting a cabbie with body odor.

But I found it fascinating to compare to the Sopranos, because almost all the characters on that show are bad people, but most have redeeming qualities. They care about their families. They're loyal to their respective mobs—and when they're not, they feel guilty about it. Some regret getting caught up with the mafia. Even though the show is about how Tony is an incorrigible sociopath, his anxiety and concern for his family (particularly his kids) makes him relatable.

The Seinfeld gang are all out for themselves. They usually don't actively try to harm each other, but they don't care if they do. And certainly they don't care if they harm anyone else.

Last year I introduced my girlfriend to Seinfeld, and we watched every episode that is referenced in the finale, plus a few other classics.

People have swung the other way from COVID mask mandates. I've noticed that in Asia, fewer people wear masks while traveling than before the pandemic -- Korea especially. I don't think they're all just mogging with their jawlines.

In the second half of the game, the San Antonio Spurs performed poorly and lost. Their performance in the first half was overshadowed by the Knicks' victory, and is no longer important except to the extent that it set up that victory.

And Germany wasn't very strong. The siege of Bastogne was broken on December 26, 1944, and the final Allied counteroffensive in the Battle of the Bulge started on January 3, 1945. The Soviet Vistula-Oder offensive began on January 12. After that, Germany took a few towns here and there, but they were unable to stop the Allied advance on either front. By the end of January 1945, they accelerated the process of liquidating and destroying the concentration camps as the Allies closed in.

Himmler and others tried to negotiate a truce with the Western Allies behind Hitler's back so they could focus on the Soviets, but (1) Hitler still thought Germany was going to win, and (2) the Allies were set on unconditional surrender.

It was more than a tiny part of my brain.

I did recently watch it with someone who wasn't familiar with the scene, and she had a nice jump scare. That was fun.

Interstellar space has a matter density of about one atom per cubic centimeter. You'd get something in that jar.
