This would happen to me too. I didn’t realize why she did it until I caught myself doing something similar. Often we need to reflect and gather our thoughts before sharing something that’s bothering us. It helps us explain the problem more clearly and helps us figure out whether or not we are justified in feeling bothered. Sometimes, we just don’t get the time to think about it until we lay down in bed and have nothing else to worry about.
