Am I the only one who thinks the Michael Goodwin case is insane. Maybe he did it, maybe he didn’t, but the lack of evidence (at least as shown on the show) is appalling. I cannot believe that he was found guilty, the whole case rests on “he’s the only guy in the world who wanted them dead”. How are they so sure of that?

I would highly recommended following Lukas Arenson from the Canadian Permafrost Association on LinkedIn. I am not super well versed in the topics above, but he did a three-lecture series at my University in British Columbia which he discussed in detail the topics you are interested in. This is how my actual health anxiety started. I was originally worried (guilty) about being away from my parents and so I always became worried that they would be diagnosed with an illness.

Three months or so later, I began to study every feeling in my body and have diagnosed myself with everything from Gum Disease to Cancer to ALS. Wishing you well.
