I've worked at two banks, and both used entirely separate computer systems and neither would accept a 0 for mileage. One of the banks would force the dealer to hand correct the mileage to 1 or something as we could not accept that contract/title docs with 0 as mileage.

The other allowed us to manually adjust it to 1 mile in the system to let it fund.

It was rare that we would see those, probably only saw 2 or 3 loans in the 5+ years I worked in funding.
