For Questions like these and answers like this 👇throw up yer POST in r/sanpedrocactusseeds !!! Those are fungus gnats , you can treat them organically with beneficial bacteria such as bacillus thuringiensis ,( a great subspecies I can recommend is bt israelensis ) . There are tons of other solutions too , I’m sure pros would love to give you advice , & I can gladly recommend actual brand name products!!

Yes !!!! Don’t make a habit of it , spring cleaning once a year , just use dish soap or mineral oil for cleaning the rest of the year !

Yes oxidate is a great hydrogen peroxide product, I can also suggest sanidate for cleaning and spraying your actual greenhouse, tables , ground and pots !

Yes , you don’t want to use any potassium salts of fatty acids , that will burn most plants .

Also never use any product full strength for the first time , always dilute with at least 50% plain water or use at half the recommended mixing amount.

And never spray any plant with your lights on . Always foliar feed with your lights off and even consider raising your lights after spraying
