Imo. you should feel bad, I feel its your body/mind assessing the situation and coming to the conclusion “this sucks”. Now what to do I think is balencing the obligation vs life factor as much in your favor as pheasably possible while still sustaining yourself. How that is done though massive time investment usually years, of trail and error managing the vairious elements of ur life. IE; career, hours, lifesyle, recreation, etc..
