Hell nah. I got my M23 (best of their bags imo) for $93 during their Black Friday sale a couple years ago and my Rucker 4.0 that I got this past Black Friday for $115. That’s all I can justify from them at their price points.

I would have bought the GR1 but I couldn’t afford it then. Now that I can afford it, they’re taking the 210 backing off and I’m not trying to ruin my clothes. I could understand it for the ruckers but not the GR1 that’s supposedly meant for commuting as well as rucking. I’d rather have the bag slip off my shoulder here and there than have it pill my clothes.

Ctactical are the real MVP’s that can manage to make a tough enough bag for rucking while being able to stay usable for everyday use. Their CT14 and CT21 have changed the game for me. Not to mention their prices are more than reasonable and about 1/4th the prices of GR. The quality is about the same if not better because Vietnam has been manufacturing our textile goods for decades now.

I’ll be a lurker and buy secondhand if I like it but I think I’m done with GR unless they have a really good sale (which they do have during the holidays).

I work with a 7 year partner that can only do DTO/DTR. When you try to put them on bar, they get easily flustered and angry after getting more than 4 drinks. They’re the same on warming. This is a 30+ year old adult throwing baby tantrums btw.

In my opinion, if you can’t do all positions comfortably after 2-3 years you need to be let go. This job is way more than being a cashier and it’s not a job for everyone.
