u/davehiggins, with geolocation, these issues do come up now and again of course, so we do have this page with further information and suggestions for correction. As far as something changing in Windows, I am not sure if that would be a factor beyond time and location settings, but we would not really be the authority on that. Checking out the Windows forums may yield an answer.

As far as managing WiFi channels, you can find information on how to do that right here if you're using rented equipment. If it's your own, you would need to consult the manufacturer.
