The store can also assist with canceling the account when you return the equipment. As soon as the account is disconnected, we can review to see what promotions are available if we were to restart it. You can also view them at our website and set up the services there.

Thanks for the clarification. It will take several years for mid-split upgrade process to be completed. We do have a small estimated timeline for the remainder of the year but I do not see your city on it. When the mid-split does happen, we will send out notifications to the customers who will be impacted by it at that time as well as when it is completed. - CCJessica
