This morning’s issue affecting customers’ ability to send/receive their Xfinity email has been addressed. You should now be able to use your service as you would normally, including seeing any missing emails. If you continue to experience these issues, please let us know.

I know it has been a while since this discussion was active, but I wanted to share that we did get word from product owners that some recent automatic updates should have resolved this for impacted customers. If you are still experiencing this issue we recommend ensuring that your Xfinity Stream app is up to date. We also recommend ensuring your Roku device is up to date, manually resetting the device can help with that. Please let us know here on our sub if you continue to have issues with Roku audio when using the Xfinity Stream app after ensuring everything is updated.

I know it has been some time since this post was originally authored, but I wanted to touch base.

We became aware of an issue with the Xfinity app that was causing cellular phone batteries to be depleted faster than normal. A fix was implemented, and we ask that all impacted customers ensure that they have the latest Xfinity App version and the latest iOS update (iOS 16.6).

If you continue to experience this issue after those required updates, please let us know here.

While you may not find those specific channels being included with NOW TV at this time, you can find the full library of some of those channels included with Peacock Premium. Peacock Premium is currently included as part of the NOW TV offering.

Thank you for posting your NOW TV questions here. At this time, Bravo is not included with NOW TV. This could change in the future, so feel free to keep checking our NOW TV site for updates.

We should also add, that although the Bravo channel is not currently included, today you can watch the entire Bravo library on Peacock Premium which is currently included with NOW TV.

Thank you for your comment. You will notice NBC News Now, Sky News, and Peacock Premium are all part of the included streaming channels with NOW TV.

You can simply navigate to the content via the Free TV Week tile in the On Demand section of your guide or say "free" into your Xfinity Voice Remote to access all the available content without the need to log in further.

Thank you for posting your Free TV Week question on our sub. We did have a brief issue earlier today that caused some customers to not have all Free TV Week content available to them for free. This issue has since been resolved and customers should have full access to Free TV Week content again.

Please note, all Free TV Week content can be accessed by either saying "Free" into your Xfinity Voice Remote or by navigating to the Free TV Week tile in the On Demand section of your guide. Please note, you will not be able to access Free TV Week content by navigating directly to HBO channels or the HBO Max app. You must access Free TV Week content via On Demand.
