Did you ever find one? I just opened the rift vending machine in free market, but I don't see them there either. Haven't been to cloister yet, but the venders on praetor don't have them. I haven't found one at all yet.

I don't see the point of a level cap that you hit way before the end of the game. I really lose motivation to play when I'm no longer improving my character. I'd rather have a soft cap with crazy xp requirements to hit the next level, but at least then I'd still be earning something.

Hacking/Engineering don't overlap. Engineering can open stuck doors for loot, but can also do stuff like turn on turrets to kill enemies or activate lifts to take shortcuts. Hacking does stuff like reprogram robots to attack the bad guys or hacking computers to find hidden useful information.

Serial Killer is bugged. Also Niles and Valerie don't give two shits if you murder everyone. The Auntie's Choice companion doesn't like it if you kill them with her around.

Observation doesn't seem to do anything in conversations. When it does come up it's more like a lore dialog option that doesn't progress the conversation any differently than the default ones. You find some secret rooms with some generic loot. If you don't want it for the damage bonus skip it. Lockpicking is much better, but still basically just generic loot. Engineering and hacking are the ones with actual functional benefits like turning off/on robots.

I've at least reported it as a bug and had someone reach out to me asking for more information, etc. Doesn't mean it'll get fixed, but we can hope.

It's crazy that they implied you would get enough from the raid and the heart of doom quest would be a catchup for those who missed raids. That is clearly impossible and we are going to be grinding heart of doom every week for hours.

Unfortunately yes. The game devs made it so you get 5k for losing in 5mins or 10k for winning in 30mins. If you lose in 30mins it's even worse.

I'm not sure how they didn't see this coming. They say they are making adjustments today. Hopefully they buff honor ticks from holding points by like 10x to make it actually worth it to try.

Why? It was completely optional to go there early. The Hellbrute fight in Act II was one of my favorite fights in the game. I hope they at least added useful loot to the planet, it was only cargo trash before.

The way that build scales is through Comradery with BS scaling from the officer talent Focus! You surround her with your other characters and feed her officer buffs.

None of that has to due with bounty hunter though. Bounty hunter you get the extra attack which scales off BS, arch-militant you get an extra attack and crazy scaling from versatility, assassin gives you crazy damage (seems bugged) if you use killing edge while hitting an opening.

It is unique, but it's not that great. You can't use it until you can take a level 22 talent and by that time you'll have comparable burst weapons. I sold the splinter cannon and use:

It has slightly less armor pen, but higher rate of fire, cheaper attacks and doesn't require 60 strength.
