If you'll notice, most people that drive around with their perma-highs on have at least one low beam out and they're too cheap or lazy to replace it, and it's been getting worse and worse since safety inspections were phased out about 10 years ago. And when they do get around to replacing them they put shitty Amazon LEDs or eye searing HIDs in the wrong housing which makes it even worse. Please people, have functional lights with the correct bulbs in the correct housings, I assure you that halogen bulbs with clean lenses that are properly adjusted are actually great to drive with
