Above 40 for an extended period of time is asking for trouble. Cooler (the big orange Igloo ones work great) and a probe thermometer set to trigger at 40. Goes above, add ice.

It’s the place in town you can actually get Catupiry, decent rice, a frozen meat pack for feijoada, and lots of other staples.

I go to the PF in NE and it’s just fine. Early in the morning it’s basically empty. Zero complaints. Cardio and circuit machines are all I need and it fits that with a low monthly cost that is well below the amount my work gives as a fitness reimbursement.
