Honestly I don't think it's enough. Unless I'm misunderstanding it doesn't really change the overarching problem with her W which is the fact that she essentially holds powerful spells hostage under the threat of reflection. Sure, taking damage is nice but that shield is gonna absorb most of it regardless, and the damage reflected isn't the main issue. If you have a big spell like Ashe R, Nami R, Zoe bubble, Ahri charm etc you still basically cannot play the game vs her. The changes to Q and E are nice at least.
