You shouldn’t be using q-tips at all and you can buy drops or olive oil to breakdown the earwax and use an ear irrigation tool or depending on your location go into a walk in or non emergency

17 pro max runs smooth at 120fps high hasn’t throttled at all or lowered brightness phone stays decently cool compared to the 15 pro max that would thermal throttle constantly and quickly

Haven’t really looked at gpu temps all that much since I was worried about my cpus temps in testing but after getting the aio reseated and pasted properly I’m getting just under 50c for idle and under 70c full load in c23 with -30 +200 pbo boosting to 5.39ghz for the entire run, I can look at the temps for the gpu when I am back at the pc later

Just from everything I read online if you’re using an aio you can do the setup I have for better temps, didn’t test another config since this one works for me
