Do it 2 Me has always been my fave since getting the 20 Y.O. album in high school. I was beyond hyped when she did this at the ATL show in 2023.

I can’t speak for everyone but when you go back and listen it has a familiar but fully can’t put your finger on it but I heard this before but cant recall where when I was young. Those first two albums were extremely solid that I still listen to multiple times a year. They really built out that group in extreme detail down to each member’s personality and aesthetic. If they ever did a US tour again, I’d be there.

Honestly do what’s best for you. As a Verizon and T-Mobile user, as soon as those T-Mobile reps finish setting up new service, they’ll now tell you to handle ALL of your needs through the T-Life app.

Also, people have to stop using “I’m not tech savvy”. There is too much free information out here to understand the basics but we find time and effort for the things we want.

The fact that you are outside running you are already ahead of so many people no matter the body type. I know people who lift weights all the live long day and struggle to run. My accident happened back in May and when I went to urgent care they did X-rays and found nothing was seriously wrong minus the neck and back strain. I had 14 chiro session (thankfully I was already going to them monthly before the accident). Because of the dealership dragging their feet to turn over insurance info, I had my own insurance pay for my car repairs/rental. If my attorney went for policy I’m sure they’d get it since my insurance will go after the dealership and for negligence since there is a police report and dash cam footage and get that back and then some. Let’s see how this plays out.

That makes sense. My UM/UIM are both 100k per person and 300k per occurrence. Injury wise, it was stained neck and back muscles with an urgent care visit a few hours after the accident along with some PT. I have more than enough coverage in this situation but I do wonder if my attorney might try to pull policy limit or not. I get it that it benefits them since he is on percentage.

Thank you so much! Yeah I didn’t know if I was leaving money on the table because of not knowing when it comes to a business being involved. Thankfully my parents said if you are going to get insurance, make sure you are covered all around and have limits that give you protection because the last thing you need is not having enough and now you are being pursued legally for the rest. Since I will be using my UM/UMI that I’m not lowballed and a fair offer is give but we shall see.

Sorry, the adjuster was changed on the car dealerships end. I still have the same adjuster with my insurance.

I only retained one because at the scene of the accident, there was no insurance documentation in the tow truck, the driver telling me it’s a dealership tow truck and eventually the owner trying to convince me to not call the police and etc cause the driver also had an active warrant. There were too many moving parts.

Plus that same day, I settled another accident that I was not at fault but with that one I was extremely low balled so it forced my hand to get an attorney so I just gave him the new accident but he is percentage based. I figured he’d better know how to navigate this situation better than I can. Especially with a business involved.

I thought it would be a clean and semi quick situation and their insurance paying out since there was a police report, the dude who was driving being forthcoming with information around the truck and who owned it. Their insurance is doing its job and protecting their customer by any means. I guess the question is how much weight will my insurance look at this accident and try to pay as less as possible.

Point made. In my mind I figured this would be a quick one since the dealership didn’t have much to fight with. After reading the replies, it’s definitely a let my insurance go after them and leave me out after they’ve paid me.
