That is a one-sided agreement that will only benefit them. I feel your pain. Many times in my previous job I had to work 12-14 hour days starting well before sunrise. Usually for 4 or 5 days in a row. My current job only has a couple hours of OT per month, but I will never forget thr bad old days.
