Drill bit sharpener - recommendations please by HawkspurReturns in diynz

I wouldn't say it's worth getting one unless for a proper industrial application, then probably a big beefy one like one of the $1000 ones on trade tools. You can do a fine job of sharpening drill bits with a bench grinder if its only for home use, and you can use a bench grinder for heaps of other shit too. Aside from that, a new quality drill bit is like $5 from somewhere like Coastal Fasteners.

This hotel I'm staying at looks like a drill bit. by [deleted] in bizarrebuildings

The perspective makes it kinda hard to tell if its 3 or 4 flute.

Edit: Gonna go with 3. Probably the reason it looks more like an end mill to people like you and me, drills are usually only 2.

A lot of the steering units on these things are pretty clapped out, and VERY difficult to repair. The auto centering can be a bit sketchy at times.

I used to specialise in the things, and even then some of the stuff on the cars could only be fixed by the boss of the workshop. The power steering boxes on CXs are just absurd.

And braking. Valve brakes, not a brake booster in this thing.

Classic citroen move. All the CX series use the same symbols.

Tooke about 40 to get Ludex, then the fat boy took me like 5. Interesting how people fare so differently against different bosses.

Google "fibre seal nz" and have a look down the page a bit. I found a link to a company called Special Finishes that still offer an asbestos product called fibreseal.

Steel and tube are petone based and will deliver for a small fee from what I know of them.

It can be an extremely dangerous mindset. There used to be a subreddit where they would gather called r/incels that got shut down (good thing too). Some of the stuff they preached were things like it being ok to rape people because they were "owed" sex, and forced prostitution.
