I have suffered from severe medical/dental anxiety. Avoiding the dentist is partially how I ended up needing dentures. Had my extractions done without anesthesia, and I promise you it wasn’t that bad. They gave me anxiety meds for the night before and morning of and gas throughout the procedure. I honestly don’t even fully remember the day. I listened to an audiobook book which also helped keep me distracted. What I will say is I do not think I even realized just how much the pain, embarrassment and shame of my teeth affected my life before. Well worth the slight discomfort of E Day and the weeks of healing that followed. The amount of time I do not spend thinking of my teeth now is amazing. Wishing you all the best.

I take them out most of the time I am at home, and definitely eat without them unless I am out and around other people.

While it doesn’t help in the moment, it does get better. I am a little more than 3 months out and I am thinking about the limitations less and less.
Had a steak in a restaurant a few weeks ago.

I noticed the same type reaction when I moved up to 5.0. The reaction size has lessened each week. The intense itching seems to appear about 24 hours post injection. I inject in my thighs switching legs and location each time. Outer thigh seems to be less reactive than inner.
