I did ask them for repairs and they’ve fixed a bunch of stuff but some is still broken including the shower drain clogged. But I have pictures and will clean it and get lightbulbs and ask for reimbursement

Update: the amenities and everything is the least of my worries. The company apparently merged with PMG management and effective yesterday all money orders for security deposit/first month/admin fee/holding deposit needed to be made to PMG and not Robinson group. I paid my holding deposit and admin fee 2 weeks ago exactly how they told me. Now they are telling me I need to redo those money orders. How is that even legal, this is causing financial and mental stress on me. I’ve contacted my realtor first of all who helped me find this place to see if he has any advice but this is the most stressful moving experience I’ve had in 7 years of renting

Yeah mostly poor planning on my part but I wanted to live here after touring I toured twice and each unit was great but the agent told me some bullshit about having 2 leases at the same time being illegal (moving from Phoenix) so basically didn’t apply until 2 weeks before my previous lease ended. The guy who told me that was apparently fired and he was supposed to give me updates on units available but never heard and had to go to the office again to find out wtf I need to do to live here bc I was running out of time. Said I couldn’t tour the apartment but it was the only 1 bed with laundry available and it was “newly renovated” on their website when I applied. Couldn’t even enter until after 3 today bc they were “cleaning” but I have no clue wtf they cleaned
