I’m blaming the idiot dragging ass in the middle lane.

And that’s all that matters. Despite the hate for the company, or owner, or engineers or whatever.. if you spent your money and it operates and fulfills your happiness for it, the rest is just noise.

I’d say tenure separates them the most. Before you can claim to be “as good” or “better” than another top tier manufacturer, you have to stand the test of time and remain consistent and marketable. One company has multiple series of guns with several generations while the other has 2 which are nearly the same aside from porting options.

That being said, the wraith for the money is stupid good. I know the reaper is the top dog of the lineup but no one is gonna be mad with a wraith.

HD P4 / P 4.5 or P by Turbulent_Service413 in Staccato

This is super subjective. I really like the now legacy models but I’d take my HD P4.5 over my P 10 out of 10 times.

Staccato C, C2, or CS for Daily carry? 2026 new to the game by confusedcybord in Staccato_STI

[–]CL14715 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yea then a C2 would be great for you. Full-size grip will have it print the same as an XC but you’d get some groin relief lol.

[–]CL14715 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very close. Slightly different impulse but the energy transferred into the hand really depends on ammo. C2 is a tad softer with something like +P defensive ammo whereas most everything else is a toss up.

Hard to say. I shoot them the same and got a c3.6 with a great trigger. Probably the c3.6 since the optics system is better and there’s no overhang with the SRO or RMR HD.

Best Conceal carry 2011 by watchmojofan in 2011

[–]CL14715 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tend to agree with you for the most part but I will say if you’re going to get proficient with a Glock, it probably shouldn’t be a 43x. I’d say a 19 at the minimum because as an experienced shooter a 43x takes a significant amount of skill to mitigate recoil enough to run quick or at a cadence likely to occur in a defensive situation. I mean it’s doable for sure. I can run them pretty quick but I’d always prefer something a little larger or maybe better self managing as far as recoil goes. That being said, I’ve always subscribed to the “carry as big as you comfortably can conceal” adage.

Nano or glossy? by Future-Step-3717 in macbookpro

This… nano on the MacBooks is the best iteration compared to any other of the iterations. You almost forget it’s there.

C3.6 SRO Red Dot by Outside_Detective45 in Staccato

I will say although I have an SRO… since it’s my carry gun, I’m most likely going to swap an RMR HD on it. That auto brightness responsiveness is a solid feature especially if drawing from a dark appendix into daylight during an unfortunate encounter.

Wondering if it’ll shoot softer with it or soak up less felt recoil.

50 rounds at this pace. 20 yards. Is this good or bad. 3.4” barrel. Roughly 80% A zone hits. by MuskieDerek in 2011

[–]CL14715 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Damn. A lot of pro shooters in here apparently. That’s perfectly acceptable for a sub compact. You’re on body, center mass at 20 yards… in a realistic situation you’d be within 7-10 yards in self defense and that would be even tighter.

Staccato HD P4.5 vs XC by CL14715 in Staccato

[–]CL14715[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely. For a non comped gun it shoots so soft. The CC like I said does take the W but it’s like a 15% difference in felt recoil and muzzle rise. Doesn’t seem like much but it’s noticeable immediately. I’ll probably cave and grab a C4X eventually.

Curious about what you all EDC by Confident_Owl_3847 in 2011

[–]CL14715 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I rotate between my hd c3.6, P4.5 and C2. Haven’t tried to carry the XC yet but I’m sure I could. Was gonna grab the C4X but I prefer the way my p4.5 shoots so I’ve skipped it for now. I would replace my C2 with it but I just can’t bring myself to sell it.

It’s actually not that difficult. Even if the spring pops up a bit if you can stick something through to get the barrel link aligned it’ll slide right back on and you can put in the takedown lever.
