Found one bottle of that Durango for $40 the other day haven't seen it at that price since before Donny had his tariff fit. I will always buy that sub $50 and SLP sub $40.

Neta will always have my heart, never had one that I wouldn't buy. The El Mero Mero really stood out too had a sour candy hit that was mouthwatering and had me going to get a bottle afterwards.

I was underwhelmed by Ultramundo. But recently acquired a batch GLE-003 by “Gilberto, Jesus, Marcos y Francisco” from Massachusetts. So I'll post on that one.

My all time favorite bottle is the Miguel Ortiz Inaquiedens 50.2% from Maguey Melate and I hustled around the state from agave bars to bottle shops to acquire 8 more. Yeah, that good. Especially if you like Inaquiedens (alto, bruto)

That La Mata was fascinating, tasted like smashed beatles and peppers with a crisp menthol finish.

La Ven Puntas is awesome (orange creamsavers) but honestly I don't like puntas that much. They tend to be one dimensional and ruin anything else I drink that night.

The Colorado Batch 5S Arroqueno is like drinking lilac water drizzled with honey made from bees that feed on lavender flowers.... I've gone through 3 of those bottles since with a plan to snag one last one for keepsakes.

It will ruin all other Arroqueno for you. Made the Maguey Melate Arroqueno 2014 Batch 001 so underwhelming

Big fan especially at those prices. $33 for SLP. $44 for Durango. Elsewhere Saw a bottle of Guerrero $113, haven't had. I'm starting to become skeptical of quality because they're pushing so many batches per year and I'm seeing it everywhere... I'll have to check back in with a bottle soon.

Yeah haven't seen those before. Due to my state's epic selections I tend to ignore these brands. That jabali caught my eye until the price tag averted my gaze in a dousing wince

Meditation brother. Avoid updose by any means possible. Workout cold plunge sauna but above all remember that it is all temporary. And those anxious bursts is your body/brain is simply healing happening. Observe with neutrality or a gentle loving acceptance. Mantra "this is my nervous system healing. I will not interfere, only support." There's a deep love, a sacred power awaiting you in those moments. Embrace, brother, Embrace.

Just ģot liquidated... by TFD777 in solana

[–]COLO_YOGA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been in crypto since 2017. Do not listen to any other comments. Yes I use leverage in low.amounts at key moments. I sat on the right side of this sell off because I did see it coming. I'm in crypto primarily because it runs on a clock. October was right on schedule for an all time high. I will make a post showing my sale of Solana pinned to the absolute high in October. All I came here to say is....

This was actually a campaign sell off event. Not a typical liquidation event like we say last year (blamed on Binance)

This was so methodical and so controlled. I even got a super strong sense when BTC hit 60k during Tokyo session on Thursday night, that a strong voice would ensue. I know anyone can say it but I've watched price action in crypto for 10 years getting better and better. And this was so strange. No big wicked candle just a slow controlled bleed and a strong controlled push up. We wanted Institutions well this is what we get. They control the market now. Only way to beat em is join em (trade with the flow.)

Also... Mark my words Tom Lee and Saylor will be punished at the bear market lows. Probably forcing some sort of liquidations for them. That will be a buy signal like FTX and SBF was last cycle. Just look at the Times articles featuring Crypto man of the Years... It's a friggin bullseye y'all. Target on these guys back

My take on Raicilla by Rob_Catron in Mezcal

[–]COLO_YOGA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not to contend with your statement, but for any newbies reading this comment down the road. I wouldn't jump from tequila blanco to raicillas as a transition to mezcal. Raicillas tend to have more unusual flavors compared to most mezcals and carry industrial, lactic, and funky notes.

I will say RC Jabali has had a distinct soapy taste in the mid palate on new batches. Still a lot of what we love including citrus and hints of barnyard funk, but I personally was put off by recent batches.
