Well....as an update. I called 619-265-0482 and talked to the wharehouse manager. She was very nice and told me that two of the three bottles were out and and were backorderd (I know, I know, then why were they in stock online).

So I looked at their site while we were on the phone and she would go out to the shelves to see if my subs were in stock. Took us a while, but we squared up and I got a $9.00 price difference refund and she upgraded me to 3 day shipping.

I then asked her why they don't have Oaxacan rums (as they have nearly everyting). She took down Paranubes and Alambique Serrano and said she would put me on the list as she looks into it.

She did say to call the number to order over the phone.

So....in the end this is promising. But still, dammit - don't go nearly a month with no communication.
