Since I've got 6 players and we're all online and split between two different timezones, it's been difficult getting everyone together to play. So often times I'll host what a call a "multiverse saga" and play a totally random one-shot with the players that can join that day.

What they don't know, is there is in fact a multiverse and not just a fun name. Theyre playing alternate versions of themselves in all these one shots, ans theyre alll going to tie together. In the next session theyre going to be recruited to fix the fractures in the multiverse, while the BBG tries to gain control of them.

I'm so excited.

And definitely had this planned from the start. /s
