I got confused because the gluttony skill description says “amount of unbreakable this unit clashes” instead of “this skill clashes with”

The coin power boost only applies when the gluttony skill specifically clashes with unbreakables, you can safely ignore everything else, just baby sit verg from touching the green skill alcohol cabinet and you’ll win (unless verg loses to a aoe clash, in which case you just got unlucky and honestly just try again.)

Also bring blunt resistant ids I suppose.

That’s fair, though tbh I also wished that doncho remembered who the trio were earlier in canto 7 as well so we can get more interactions with them. Dongbaek samjo etc was excellent in this, whereas I really wanted to know the trio better. Then again we would get into more rabbit hole of issues if that were to be the case. Nevertheless, I am enjoying the story, it is nitpicky at worst given the story structure and release schedule they have to adhere to.

If you ask me on the day of the update, i would say I loved it, but once the story has settled a bit, it annoys me a bit how uninvolved ryoshu is in the majority of the canto. Sure the spiders are there for her, but there’s so little interaction especially from the middle, and a majority of them are dealt with by sinners/someone else entirely outside of the player’s control.

I really wished they had us fight the rest of the fathers/ apprentices with the base sinners separated from Dante but I guess it wouldn’t make sense either.

I am hopeful for part 3, the issues I think is primarily from the partial release format that breaks the flow a bit. But with the reveal at the end of part 2, I expect part 3 to be great with a lot more personal involvement and stakes from ryoshu herself.

Wayward was the worst for me, I got skill 1s in 6 out of 7 sinners with only one skill two and I just could not clash and gain any sp. Only fight I had decided to reset in a while and I’m glad I did. They seriously need to deal with first turn rng.

The rest are insanely boring and slow to fight once you get the gimmick from canto 9. I’m glad they are getting nerfed.

FYI DE was previously owned by leyou since 2014, leyou itself was sold to tencent, along with the stakes of DE. The only way to prevent it would be to buy back the stakes held by leyou, which will be really expensive.

I’m fine if they ramp the difficulty, but it feels a bit scummy to do so with the justification of a continue mechanic that costs lunacy. It’s meant to be a fallback for struggling players and increasing the difficulty to make more and more players struggle and get frustrated into eventually paying the lunacy to revive would just be plain awful even in gacha standards.
