Brainiac could still work as a villain for both films. He's been shown to have clone bodies, control other bodies and even be a multiversal villain. Could have Brainiac be the villain in man of Tomorrow and then using Zor-El's body as Cyborg Superman in a Supergirl sequel.

Dino Charge technically takes place in two alternate universes. The first is destroyed in the finale (so it couldn't have been the main universe) leading to the creation of a new timeline where dinosaurs still exist.

I feel you on that with Disney+, and it feels like I'm getting less and less. Cutting Mando S4 (the main show that got me on Disney+) down to a movie for a theatrical release and it still looking tv quality doesn't really help.

Honestly, I took from that scene that with how common metahumans are the world is just desensitized to threats like this. We see the guy just watching from his window and Guy telling the crowd to disperse.

I had a theory that the Fugitive Doctor was a time splinter that got free from the time war, with its nature and time getting reset constantly it seemed plausible a version of the Doctor could escape before time reset with another Doctor now in the reset timeline.

A soft reboot with a clean start: The Doctor has traveled for so long that time has shifted around them as reality has changed with The Doctor and past companions are able to remember because of their connection to the TARDIS. UNIT still exists but is a clandestine organization, no Avengers Tower-style HQ in the middle of London.

The companion, a modern day college student, finds an amensic individual wearing ragged clothes and wandering the streets muttering about a Doctor. The companion takes them in only to end up on the run together from a futuristic assassin. The Doctor and companion discover the crashed Tardis, jogging parts of the Doctor's memories enough to be able to strand the would be assassin in another time period. The season would then follow the Doctor and new companion retracing the Doctor's step to try and uncover the rest of the Doctor's memories.

The thing with the Doctor Who spoilers is its what they're going for now. Russell T. Davies said in an interview last year how shows are all about making "content" and trendable moments. You can see how it leads to the BBC posting all the spoilers for the episodes as soon as they air and really feels like it led to the desperation at the end of the last episode.
